Just wanted to touch base with you to let you know how our big 10 month old Kallie is doing. I have sent some recent pictures of her (feel free to pass them along to her siblings) as you can see she is getting big. We had a scare at the end of January where her whole face swelled up and she broke out in hives. The vet techs commented on how she was just the cutest thing wiggling her butt and all happy all while her head was so swollen, were still not sure what she got into to do that but the swelling finally went down almost 2 1/2 hours after the vet gave her a shot. Other than that she has been great. While she was at the vet for the swelling incident (end of Jan) they weighed her and she was almost at 44 pounds and still growing. She had her first vacation away from us last weekend, we were in Las Vegas for my daughter's soccer tournament and she stayed at our house with her uncles and visited her grandparents and her puppy cousin Jersey, and she had a great time...I think we missed her more than she missed us. She loves going for rides in the car so she gets to go everywhere with us but still needs to work on not jumping so much and she still mouths alot when she wants us to play or pay attention to her. Other than that I would love to know if you still hear from any of Kallie's siblings. I know some are still in the area, I thought it would be fun to get them together when the weather got nicer...maybe their first birthday's. Thank you again for letting her be part of our family, she is such a wonderful presence to come home to everyday. No matter how bad a day we have, those licks make it all go away!!
